Authors Note

​

 I am a retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer.

 I spent over three decades working in law enforcement in Canada and abroad.  I specialized in national security, drugs, organized crime, and undercover investigations and operations.

 The threats received from criminals I worked on were real and not limited to just me. My family and those who worked with me were also in the crosshairs. Ultimately, I chose to publish my novel under a pseudonym.

 I was on the front lines during some major global events and had the opportunity to travel and live abroad. My experiences provided the foundation for this book.

 What you will read here is fiction—the stories are mine,  created from real-world experiences. Places, names, and locations were changed or fictionalized to protect operations and identities. Reality is somewhere in between the lines.

 I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I did in writing it.
